ServSafe Manager Exam Procedures

Scheduling the exam:

Step 1: Create a ProctorU account: click HERE. ServSafe will be pre-populated as your institution.

Once you set up your ProctorU account, check your email and follow the directions to confirm your account.


Step 2: Create a ServSafe account: Click HERE.    

Save your user names and passwords for both accounts.


Step 3: Once inside your Proctor U account, click on “Schedule New Session” to schedule your exam.

  • Make sure the selected institution is ServSafe
  • Choose “ServSafe Manager” for the Term
  • Choose your exam, then click on “Find Sessions”.

Step 4: View MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS and TEST YOUR EQUIPMENT on the PC or Mac computer that you plan to use.

Chrome books, tablets and mobile devices are not supported.
